From the 1952 presidential campaign of Dwight Eisenhower, this is a poster stamp used to seal campaign envelopes. It is 1-1/2" square and is rouletted rather than perforated. It is gummed on the back. Images at the bottom feature the WWII Iwo Jima flag planting and the "Fife & Drummers" of colonial days. It reads "JOIN IKE'S CRUSADERS / Pledged to restore integrity to national, state and local government in America "
