AMERICA'S FIRST LADIES Commemorative Panel, issued in 1987 by the Postal Commemorative Society of Norwalk, Connecticut and sold only by subscription. The panel is 10" x 13", printed on stiff, linen-textured card stock. It features a color illustration of the First Lady, with a description of her life and White House years. It includes two United States postage stamps related to her life and interests.
STAMP DETAILS: This Panel features the 1986 Statue of Liberty issue, canceled on the First Lady's birthday at her place of birth. The second stamp is the Prevent Drug Abuse issue of 1971, in honor of Nancy's work against drug abuse.
